These terms govern your use of this site and the fare-watch and booking services offered by BestFlightsBooking over the phone at (844) 213-5611. By using the site or calling our desk, you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
BestFlightsBooking tracks published airfares on routes you ask us to watch and contacts you when a fare worth taking appears. If you choose to book, our agents help you complete that reservation with the relevant airline. Fares, seat availability, and schedules are set by airlines and other third parties and can change or sell out at any time, including between when we call you and when a booking is confirmed.
2. Accuracy of fares
We make a good-faith effort to relay accurate, current fares, but we do not control airline pricing systems and cannot guarantee that a quoted fare will remain available once you decide to book. Taxes, fees, baggage charges, and fare rules are set by the airline and may not be fully reflected in a quote given verbally.
3. Bookings and payment
When you ask us to complete a booking, you authorize us to use the payment method you provide to purchase the itinerary on your behalf. Once an airline ticket is issued, changes and cancellations are subject to that airline's fare rules, which our agents will explain before you confirm.
4. Communications
By giving us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about fare watches you requested, bookings you have made, and service updates. You can ask to stop these communications at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
BestFlightsBooking is not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations, denied boarding, lost baggage, or other actions taken by airlines or third parties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the fees you paid us directly for that booking.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site or our phone desk after an update means you accept the revised terms.
